Charisse Newberry

Dr. Charisse Newberry was born in Chicago, Illinois, and accepted Christ at the age of 12. She moved to Denver, Colorado, in 1987 and joined a multi-cultural church in 1990. She was baptized in the Holy Spirit in 1995 and graduated from Heritage Christian Center Bible College in 1991.  

In 1999, she joined another large ministry in Colorado and later moved to Ft Worth where she engaged in ministry teaching, adult Leadership education classes, as well as working in women’s ministry.  Her career assignments moved her to various cities in the Texas area until 2022. She was ordained as an Elder in April 2022 and received two Doctorates, Humanities and Business in June 2022. 

Dr. Newberry moved back to Aurora CO in July 2024 and joined the Fresh Wind International team and continues to share her teaching and ministery to women of God, her testimony and studying God’s Word.
