Psalmist Anita Brown is a born-again, spirit-filled believer with a profound passion for worship arts and the Word of God. Anita grew up in the church and she spent her formative years through college being classically trained as a vocalist. As she deepened her faith, Anita felt God's call to sing and lead worship and a drive to study God’s Word.
Anita's passion is to create a worship environment where people can encounter the transformative power of God's Presence.
“The goal is God’s glory – by any means necessary” ~ Anita Brown
Anita has been privileged to lead worship, teach worship workshops and facilitate women’s retreats across the US, in London, Israel and Albania. She was a member of the national recording choir, Colorado Mass Choir, for three years and served on its Board of Directors for two years. Additionally, she has had the privilege of singing on recording projects for Aaron Bagwell and Rachel Campbell.
Anita resides in the Denver metropolitan area with her husband, Deron Brown, the love of her life. She works full-time as a Global Program Manager for Learning and Development. Beyond her professional career, Anita has a passion for creating hand-crafted cards, which she enjoys sharing with friends and family.
She is also dedicated to interceding for the city of Aurora and for a Holy-Sprit revival in the region.
Anita enjoys traveling, throwing theme parties, and telling "dad" jokes, bringing joy and laughter to those around her.
Today, Anita serves as a worship leader and teacher at Fresh Wind International, under the leadership of Apostle Brent Coburn and Dr. Carla Coburn.
